With 24 years of experience across Koç Group and Beko, one of Europe’s leading home appliance manufacturers, Ercan has led numerous strategic programs in manufacturing, industrial automation, and digital transformation. Ercan is currently leading one of Türkiye’s pioneering initiatives to deploy humanoid robots in real manufacturing environments. His work focuses on transforming pilot projects into scalable production solutions by integrating humanoid robots with AI, digital manufacturing systems, and factory operations.
Christian Gräff is Managing Director of the Smart Living & Health Center e.V. in Germany, focused on deploying humanoid robots in elderly care. He led a high-level German delegation—including the German Red Cross and Korian—to Shanghai’s Humanoid Robot Innovation Incubator to assess commercial applications. His team contributed to the research paper “Humanoid Robots, A Future Health Care Service?”, exploring robots like EVE in rehabilitation and home assistance. Christian specializes in cross-sector partnerships and scaling humanoid robotics to address global aging workforce challenges.

With over 20+ years of experience in robotics, machine vision and assembly technology industry governance, Patrick Schwarzkopf specializes in trade association operation, market research and technology trend foresight. As Managing Director of VDMA Robotics + Automation Association, he builds extensive domestic and international industry networks and engages in public advocacy and trade fair development. His work also covers labour market analysis, conference innovation and strategic industrial collaboration, while serving on the Executive Board of the International Federation of Robotics to drive global robotics industry development.
Dr. André Scholz leads the “Autonomous Factory” innovation department within Factory Automation at Siemens AG. In this role, he focuses on developing modular software components that enable customers to achieve the vision of an autonomous factory through digitalization and increased flexibility. His key areas of expertise include AI in robotics and the transformation of industrial production systems. He holds a PhD in Automation Engineering from the Helmut Schmidt University in Hamburg.
With over 15 years of expertise in robotics and automation, Werner Kraus specializes in intelligent automation, robotic system integration and advanced application development. As Head of Robotics at Fraunhofer IPA, he leads pioneering research and industry-oriented innovation in intelligent robotic technologies. His work advances AI-enabled robotics across manufacturing, logistics and service sectors, bridging academic research with real-world industrial implementation.
Christian leads Robotics activities at Accenture Innovation, working at the intersection of human, business and technology trends to imagine and launch the next generation of robots in industrial and non-industrial domains (Retail, CPGs, Bank, Utilities, Smart Cities). Christian specifically fosters innovation, sustainability, inclusion and positive impact for society through robotics and creativity.
